Refund policy
At Varsity Threads Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our fan gear. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most unused items within 90 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

The item must be in its original, unused condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be securely attached and included.

Customized Items: Jerseys or apparel with any personalized printing (names, numbers, logos) are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless the error is due to a manufacturing fault on our end.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet the above conditions.
How to Return:

Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely: Place the item with all original materials in a secure package. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number and return reason.

Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund.

Shipping costs for exchange items are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is necessary due to our mistake.
